SAFETY DOORS
R/X FOR HOSPITALS AND CLINICS
Compact door with sheet steel panels up to the 4 edges, it is made with all the current finishes and decorations. Given their weight, the use of hinges appropiate for safety doors is recommended.
SOLID ARMOURED
Our armoured doors are mede in several versions, with laminated high-frequency glued interions or combining wood and agglomerate, both with 2 interior armouring, one on each face. We also suggest our R/F-30 and R/F-60 ARMOURED DOORS, both CERTIFIED FIRE SAFETY DOORS.
MOISTUREPROOF DOORS
KEMBLIT COMPACT DOORS

Presented in two versions, with interior steel frame or Iroko Teak frame. The interior is filled with expanded polyurethane foam and features 4 mm COMPACT laminar plates. Completed with 4 perimeter edges, also in COMPACT.

Fully guaranteed against impact, dampness and noise. Ideal for public facilities where aggression to materials is constant. (Special for schools, clinics, sport centers, hotels, etc).
MOISTUREPROOF

These doors have been very specially designed for damp areas and as outside doors for use, for example, in buildings near to the sea, shower areas, swimming pools, saunas, in sport centers, hotels or hospitals. The materials used, POLYURETHANE INTERIOR, TEAK EDGES AND MOISTUREPROOF M.D.F, have been subjected to immersion in water at 20º C for 24 hours, with the result that thy have only swollen 0,6% after the test. All kinds of direct finishes can be used, as well as all tipes of plating, wether it be plasticised or exotic woods.

PLASTIFERM

Plastiferm doors are presented in 2 versions: MELAMINE or STRATIFIED. While their finish is very similar, we all know that melamine is made of paper with a 120 grammage mounded on a fibre board and that stratified is a plaque of 9 tenths obtained by the fusion of different impregnated papers which form a plaque at a certain temperature.

The interiors can be the same as the other items, that is, honey combed, with "laminated" type strips, or solid. A wide range of edge finishes is available (PVC, colleted, etc.) or finished with exposed edges. See detail in price list.
The colection comprises 18 ndoor models with their corresponding glazes, the result of the work of decorators, modellers, etc. who have joined efforts to create a range of doors with novel design. All models are made in LACQUERED or RAW MDF, and designs are made with pantograph and a team of cutters (please see catalogue and prices).
The Masonite range of doors and door blocks is the world's first moulded range, and is sold in the five continents. Its advantage is that their well-thought-out designs are supplied with high-quality pre-lacquering or lacquered in two versions: GRAINED and SMOOTH finish. A noteworthy aspect is its cost, which can be compared to that of a smooth -finished pre-lacquered door. The programme includes: cabinets, sliding doors, folding doors and entrance doors(please see catalogues and prices).
METAL FRAME DOOR BLOCK

Model designed for assembly of the wood pre-frame installed in all construction sites. The installation is very easy. Supplied in kit form, with machine-tooled and ready-to-screww posts and crossbeams. The set is completed with guide stops and upper squares (see assembly drawing). They fit different wall widths as they are extendable:

Group 1 (For 70-80-90-100) Group 2 (For 110-120-130-140-155).
PLAIN DOORS
4 HIDDEN EDGES
Solid door, interior in laminated wood or agglomerate. Presented in 4 "hidden" edges all in solid wood with the same tone as the coating panel. Perfect calibration. Rigid on closing impact, closely studied weight (18-20 kg), ideal for overlaping door finishes in high-quality applications.
"RED SEAL "
High-producction solid door, with a more robust frame, crossbeam of 7 cm thickness that can be cut to the desired size, reinforcement for double locks on both sides, and with a very careful selection of veneers allowing them to be sold to the public without requiring any selection. Perfect planimetry due to an alveolar thickness of 24 mm.
"BLUE SEAL "
The quality which we call "Blue Seal" is so named for the rigorous selection of veneers: only ten out of every hundred veneers have straight and uniform grains without deformities. The ideal door for quality carpentry where final inspections are very strict.
"CARPENTRY"
experience has shown us tht for public places such as hotels, scools, hospitals, etc. a door with a 3 mm board does not work. This is the reason why the CARPENTRY range was conceived, made with first-class 4 mm board so that they will be more resistant to impacts and are heavier.
SUPER
Our customers have alwaysa said that this is a deluxe plain door: it has all of the qualifications to be considered the best, with boards of first quality, 6 mm strips, alternately laminated with a honeycomb pattern of 30 mm. In summary, we could say that it was designed to last as the walls of the house.

FOR LACQUERING

FERMA doors for lacquering are supplied in two versions: plain or decorated, according to the models in the catalogue.

We are convinced that all lacquered work should be considered a part of high quality finishes, so doors also have to be up to par. For this reason we make them in M.D.F. of 5 mm to give them the best quality that doors can have: good planimetry, high resistance to impacts and a better weight than doors made of plywood. Standard sizes and thicknesses.
ADAPTIVE WIDTH CABINET DOORS
Many distributors stock this product. It is what we call the PRET-A-PORTER cabinet DOOR. iTS SLOGAN MIGHT BE cabinet doors for immediate delivery. The fpllowing sizes are recommended: 240x50, 240x60, 240x70 with double longitudinal beams and double crossbeam of 10 cm at a distance of 1,80 and 2,20. In this way they can be cut to almost all the sizes that the customer wants, and this means tht great service can be offered with little space and a small investment.
